Ayurvedic and Herbal
In Sri Lanka Ayurveda medicine is based on the country’s centuries old treasure trove of indigenous knowledge base, natural environment and cultural repertory. According to archeological evidence, human civilisation dates back 30,000 years. Cave men of that age domesticated many wild plant varieties and used them for food and medicines.

Ransaru Dehydrated Belimal Flowers Pack
Commonly known as bael in English and referred as stone apple or golden apple in some cultures, Beli (Aegle marmelos) is a tree that is native to some Southeastern countries and the Indian subcontinent, including Sri Lanka. The tree is considered to be sacred among Buddhists and Hindus, while it's also known for its high potency of nutrients. Belimal, or the Beli flower, has been used in Ayurvedic medicinal practices and among health-conscious individuals due to the many medicinal values it carries.
High in proteins and vitamins, belimal has the potential to relieve fatigue and flush out harmful substances from one's body while purifying blood. Other benefits include weight loss control, cholesterol control, protection from skin infections, improved digestion, curing irritable bowel disorders, good skin complexion, relieving indigestion, and controlling gastric hyperacidity.
The flowers are collected from home gardens and small-scale farmlands and processed accordingly so that their nutrients are not harmed in any way. You can simply add a few belimal flowers into a boiling cup of water and let it infuse for a few minutes and enjoy its goodness.
