Lakpura Kidaran Ala (කිඩාරන් අල)

A widely used culinary favorite in Sri Lanka because of its taste and its added health benefits. There are a number of underutilized yams (root and tuber crops) in Sri Lanka. These traditional root and tuber crops have great nutritional potential.
